How to Make Tibicos

Instructions
Strain

Second fermentation (optional)
Add fruit juice, fresh fruit, or herbs to the strained liquid. Transfer to pressure-rated swing-top bottles, leaving 1-2 inches of headspace. Ferment at room temperature for 12-24 hours to build carbonation.
